COLLECTION OF LEARNING AT HOME PACKS
Dear Parents, Carers and Guardians,
The teachers & support staff at St Mary’s have been working hard to put together learning packs for each student.
Each learning pack (consisting of a further three weeks of support material), must only be opened and accessed under teacher direction, in the event of school closure.
HOW TO COLLECT LEARNING PACKS
Parents are asked to collect your child’s/children’s learning pack at the front of St Mary’s (on the old basketball court) between 9am and 12 midday tomorrow (Friday 27th March).
The packs will be set out on trestles for each grade level.
We ask that parents adhere to the social distancing guidelines that have been put in place. To assist with this we are asking parents:
- to please stagger your entry through the front entrance
- collect your child’s pack from their relevant grade tables
- exit via the cathedral gate
- record your collection via your child’s Class Dojo “Like” button on returning home.
We are also asking parents not bring additional people to collect the packs.
COLLECTING YOUR REQUESTED SCHOOL DEVICE
For families who have requested to borrow a technology device from the school, you will be able to collect the allocated device and sign the user agreement at the same time.
We are asking that you bring your own pen to sign the agreement.
I thank you for your support and understanding during this challenging time, and wish you and your family good health.
